Every Gay Man Should Own Premium Jeans

Wednesday January 25, 2006
Every gay man should own at least one pair of premium jeans. They are the staple of any fashion trend and anchor an infinite number of looks, personalities and budgets. Though, with jeans, grandma knows best. She always said you get what you pay for. Premium jeans trump all others. Don't believe me? Try on a pair and notice the material, cut and the way they make you look like a runway model.

Here is About men's fashion and grooming maven, Daniel Billett's, top premium denim picks. And if you're stumped for cash right now, here's how to potentially find your premium pair of gay jeans on a budget.

(1) Boizeau says:

I really like the Levi 505’s. The 501’s can be a bit chilly in the winter when the air comes through the button gaps. They seem to fit about the same as 501’s and may be a little looser, but not much. I get them so I can pull about 1/2 inch from my waist. I think Jeans ought to be tight in the assets, but not in the waist or legs. Like them to come down to the ankle bone, but not dragging in the dirt, or advertising your socks.
A few years back there was a style that was tight in the butt and baggy in the legs, but it didn’t last. I really liked them and they made you look pretty slim, but styles go.

They are not premium jeans, premium is like YSL, Yohji, McQueen, and so on. These are just stable jeans.

Good morning. I wear a 31″ waist and 36″ inseam and want a pair of ultra-skinny jeans. I am not a large man but I am shaped well and not embarrassed to flaunt it a bit. Many of the women’s jeans are almost painted-on and the men’s seem looser. Any suggestions? I did see one pair at one of your sponsors but do not remember the name at the minute.

Thanks
