Monday June 23, 2008
March on! The British Ministry of Defense has announced that gay officers from all three wings of their armed forces (Army, Royal Air Force and Royal Navy) can wear their uniforms in the London pride parade.

"The Armed Forces are committed to establishing a culture and climate where every individual's contribution is respected and valued regardless of sexual orientation, race, ethnic origin, religion, gender or social background," a Ministry of Defense spokesperson told The Press Association.
