Congressman Jared Polis Making History In Colorado

Some good news for gays this election season: Jared Polis made history as the first openly gay person from Colorado elected to Congress. Polis, an internet entrepreneur and education philanthropist, won the seat with over 60% of the vote ahead of Republican Scott Starin in the 2nd Congressional District.
