We are our pasts. Our experiences shape many of our current perceptions and feelings about present day situations. One part of our lives that often falls victim to affects of time are our love lives. Previous boyfriends and old drama, not so good experiences. They can all influence the decisions we make about guys we meet today or in the future. Our old wounds, no matter how light or how severe, can build solid walls around our hearts, closing them off to potential men that may set it free (if only they could get in).
