Some strength is natural. But most, like strength of the mind, body, spirit and even your attitude and demeanor, take constant conditioning. Often changing your romantic results is a matter of retraining your dating muscles. Those muscles include the way you approach other men, the way you view yourself, the method in which you go about finding a man and your overall outlook on love. Many of us have varying levels of strength in any one of these areas. Bringing the other, less built areas up to par takes conditioning and training. Are you ready to flex your dating muscles?
