LGBT business, StartOut, rang the opening bell on the New York Stock Exchange to commemorate the beginning of gay pride month.

StartOut is a non-profit organization that helps aspiring LGBT entrepreneurs start new companies. StartOut has chapters in New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Co-founder Bryan Janeczko says he helps LGBT people start business because "as a gay man" he "always saw things a little bit differently." And in the business world, Bryan mentions, "diversity means innovative solutions to problems."

More on StartOut's morning on the exchange after the jump.
