As usual Andrew Collins over at About LGBT Travel has compiled an awesome list of gay prides for June 2012.
June is the busiest pride month, mainly for historical reasons. The first pride demonstration was in June in the 60s. During Stonewall, pride was serious business. High heels were thrown and the cops were called. Today, prides are a combination of political and social protest and all out fun.
Prides are for everybody, but they're not for everyone. Still, from Boone, North Carolina to Bratislava, Andrew's list is pretty extensive, so it should suit many tastes.
