Charismatic news personalities are the new out thing. The latest charmer, behind longtime favorite Anderson Cooper, is Good Morning America weather anchor Sam Champion, who came out last week.
The 51-year-old anchor not only came out on national television, but announced his engagement to Brazilian photographer Rubem Robierb.
Friend Ben Affleck said on the show: "It's to our shame that you can't get married in every state in the union, but one day I hope you will be able to. It's very exciting. I was very inspired... a moving, love story."
