How to Put on a Condom

When used correctly condoms are an effective method of protection from HIV and AIDS and other STDs.

Here's How:
- Be sure to use a new condom before each sex act.
- Squeeze the tip of the condom to remove air.
- When penis is hard (before any sexual contact), place condom on tip and roll down all the way.
- After ejaculating (coming) take out the penis while still hard.
- Hold on to the rim of the condom so no fluids spill out.
- Do not participate in any other sexual contact until you and your partner have washed your penis and hands.
- Make sure you do not come in contact with any bodily fluids.
- Be sure to use a new condom before each sex act.
