Too Many Drinks Can Equal Weight Gain
Cosmos = Calories

By Ramon Johnson, About.com

Cosmopolitan
Fitness giant Bally Total Fitness suggests the following tip for men who are trying to watch their weight:

"You may want to consider calories before you drink. For individuals watching their weight, alcoholic beverages present a real challenge. For instance, a typical Cosmopolitan(2.5 oz.) has about 130 calories, but can go much higher depending on the various juice and liquor ingredients used. A standard martini starts at about 160 calories. And even the accepted lower-calorie choices—wine (5 oz.) and light beer (12 oz.)—come in at about 100 calories each and add up quickly during a night out on the town."
