Leading man James and his best friend Andra meet the 15 hopefuls. Andra plays a key role in picking James' future hubby by talking with the singles and keeping a close eye out for possible warning signs. James and Andra claim that it's going to be hard to drop any of the guys off the list, but they've already picked their favorites: Chris, Dan, Matt, Rob & Franklin. However, they do have their reservations about Jason (because he's extremely quiet and shy) and Paul (who looks too young). James and Andra still have no idea at this point that some of the guys are straight. Nonetheless, after a grueling and indecisive pow wow, they eventually cut 3 guys: Chris (gay), Jason (gay) and Brian A. (straight).
