Raise your hand if you've tried drugs or alcohol? Okay, everyone put your hand down (including myself) and listen! As frustrating as it may be, sometimes it's a fine line between recreational use and an actual problem. According to the Pride Institute, if you answer yes to two or more of the following questions you should consider getting help. Take a quick look and evaluate your activity.

- Have there been times when you did not remember what happened while you were drinking or high?
- Have lovers, friends or family members ever told you that they were concerned about your use of alcohol or drugs?
- Do you sometimes "sneak" alcohol or drugs, hiding the extent of your use from lovers, friends and co-workers?
