"The number two reason that kids are bullied is due to their perceived sexual orientation," says diversity trainer and bullying prevention expert Dr. David Hall.
Bullying is being described as a national crises as more teen suicides are linked to bullying and name-calling in school.
A new iPhone app called Bullyshield, created by Dr. Hall, aides kids who've been bullied in school with tips and advice on how to take action against bullying. The app also helps parents and teachers develop action plans to help combat bullying.
