- 4/07: New Hampshire, the home of Diocese V. Gene Robinson, became the 4th state behind Vermont, New Jersey and Connecticut to offer civil unions. Both the New Hampshire House of Representatives and Senate passed measures by a vote of 243 to 129 and 14 to 10, respectively.
